There’s no special USSD code available for this service; all you need to do is just send an SMS to Glo network showing them your NIN and your name.

Send an SMS in this format. Send, “Update NIN (give space) NIN (space it) First name (give space) and Last Name to 109”.
For instance, if your NIN is 12345000911, you can unblock your Glo sim card with this NIN by sending this NIN to Glo like this.
Send it like this “Update NIN 12345000911 first name last name”.
Once you send the message, you will receive an SMS of clarification telling you that you have successfully linked your Glo sim card with NIN.
